What Can I Offer?

A Free Consultation

A no obligation chat to discuss what you are looking for, the amount of time you can commit, any barriers you know of that may hinder you, and what you are doing now or have tried in the past. This is also an opportunity for you to share with me any medical conditions that may be affected by exercise.

If you agree you want to go ahead, I will leave you with a health and lifestyle questionnaire, a food & mood diary, a sleep diary and an activity diary. You then spend a week, monitoring and recording your current lifestyle. Most clients find this fun and very enlightening!

A Health & Lifestyle Assessment

Your first session is about me getting to know you. The questionnaire you completed and your diaries will form the basis of this discussion. I will assess your posture, body composition (if you wish), flexibility and current fitness levels.

We will look through your diaries and agree some nutrition & exercise changes that you can put into place immediately.

Goal Setting

This is the most important place to start. Whether your overall goal be weight loss or improved fitness, we will together agree more specifically what it is you want to achieve, so you have something to measure your success against.

Healthy Eating Advice & Weight Loss Support

The starting point to improve the way you eat, is to understand your relationship with food, and the impact the foods you eat have your energy levels and mood. Our internal digestive mechanisms are as individual as the rest of us, and one way of eating may work for one person, but may not work for another.

I will provide advice, support and resources to help you find what works for you, ensuring that you are getting a good balance of the vital nutrients required by your body, to enable your body systems to work in harmony.

You will experiment with different combinations of foods, to find a combination that works for you, leaving you full of energy & free from cravings, whilst losing unwanted fat. No diets, no calorie counting, just a way of life.

A Fitness Programme….Designed Just for You

Once we know what you are looking for, have carried out all the assessments and discussed your areas of interest, I will provide a training programme that you can carry out at home, with minimal equipment.

I believe in working from the inside out to achieve the best results, promoting all round fitness, strength & flexibility.

The training programme will be reviewed and progressed and often as we both feel is necessary for you to keep you moving towards your goals.
